Our Adventures in SE Asia
Thailand's Exquisite Northwest & Cambodia's Angkor Wat - 10 Days
This custom-designed adventure makes the very most of a short time in the region, offering a broad range of activities while introducing you to a number of new locales in swinging Smiling Albino-style. This trip is ideal for past SA adventurers as well as curious new travelers. Peering outside the regular SA adventure map, we’ve fused all new routes and stylish accommodations to create a dazzlingly hip adventure. From enjoying Thai haute cuisine in Bangkok to exploring the back streets and outer canals of this great city, we’ll shed a whole new light on ‘The City of Angels’. Then it’s off to Chiang Mai, the vibrant northern capital of Thailand and center of art and culture to start three, high-octane days of motorcycling within Chiang Mai and enchanting Mae Hong Son provinces. The rides provide arguably the most spectacular roads in SE Asia, including nearly 2,000 curves in a single day. Roads will be all well-paved atop 250cc Honda motorcycles. Boutique mountain resorts in Mae Hong Son (including very hip town of Pai) and the stunning new Rachamankha in Chiang Mai enhance the northern adventure with style and refinement. The journey on motorcycles and chic hotels is as enchanting as the food is sublime. Finally it’s off to Siam Reap, where we stay at one of the world’s hippest new hotels and take in one of the Wonders of the World, mystical Angkor Wat. This is a special event not to be missed. Join us this October! This trip includes nine nights of premium accommodations, two internal airline tickets, two international airline tickets (Thailand to Cambodia - return), all airport and hotel transfers, Smiling Albino co-founders Daniel and/or Scott, our wonderful local guides, motorbikes, jeeps, all transport, 3-day Angkor Wat pass, snacks, refreshments and meals as indicated.
