We are seeking Senior Experience Designers for a Client Services/Sales role. This job requires you to communicate with clients, B2B and B2C, impress them with creativity, and communicate that Thailand, and Southeast Asia, are the world’s best luxury travel destinations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in travel consulting, preferably with a luxury travel or hospitality company.

What you will do:

  • Ensure engagement of customers in the sales process using high-quality communication skills
  • Determine and understand customer requirements
  • Lead, manage and develop team(s)
  • Design unique customer experiences using your creativity and knowledge of the destination
  • Collaborate with reservations/operations to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
  • Responsible for collecting deposits and balances due
  • Collaborate & co-operate closely with all departments as required

To succeed you need to have:

  • Customer-oriented approach and enjoy customer interaction
  • Ability to deal with pressure and demanding clients
  • High level of fluency in spoken & written English
  • Previous experience as a travel consultant
  • Account management experience
  • Team management experience
  • Good organizational skills with an attention to detail

We are seeking a Reservation Coordinator. The primary function of this job is to secure travel arrangements for client trips. You will be a liaison between Smiling Albino and our partners.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of successful experience in the travel or hospitality field. Attention to detail is important – we are the best in the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost and Book Trips for Customers in English language
  • Communicate clearly with suppliers and staff, both Thai and International
  • Coordinate hotel, air, transport, guide and trip bookings

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 year minimum successful experience with a travel agency or tour operator
  • Thai national
  • College or University graduate preferred
  • Female or male
  • 23+ years
  • Good English skills, speaking, reading, writing & understanding
  • An independent thinker and problem solver
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Have a big smile, great attitude and a ‘can do’ spirit
